Building Womens Fitness

Womens fitness is a popular topic these days. Every woman wants to look and feel her best. Exercise is an important part of any health plan. Dieting alone is not enough. Cardio exercise and strength toning workouts are good for the heart and lungs, and for a fit, toned body.

Physical activity plays a very important part of women’s overall health. For example, the Centers for Disease Control determined in the year 2000 that the second actual leading cause of death was physical inactivity and poor diet choices. Four of the top five leading causes of death in the United States are the following:

Heart disease
Diabetes
Some cancers
Stroke

All of the above diseases are directly linked with physical "inactivity". Even though physical activity has been established to improve health and even decrease the risk for the above diseases, too few women are physically active.

Building womens fitness is effected by the correct body posture and the correct face expression.
