Total
Physical Wellness
Total physical wellness is effected by the correct body posture and the correct face expression. So Focus - the total physical wellness program - comprises the correction of both; that, in turn, opens the third eye chakra and the crown chakra. Physical wellness is a person's ability to function effectively in meeting the demands of the days work and to use free time effectively. Physical wellness includes good physical fitness. A person with physical wellness is generally characterised as fit instead of unfit. Physical wellness encompasses much more than following a diet or working out in the gym. While it does encourage regular physical activity, it also includes expanding your knowledge about your lifesyle and how food, good nutrition and physical activity can be an integral part of your lifestyle. It encourages activities that lead to well being including the appropriate use of the health care system. Physical wellness is about building endurance, flexibility, physical strength and cardiovascular health. It is being aware of your body and understanding the changes it undergoes and the physical needs it requires throughout the life cycle. In my weekend training session for total physical wellness, I just correct your body posture and face expression; and the total physical wellness ensues. You discover the real physical nature of your body that makes you feel well instantly as a result of undergoing total physical wellness program. The only thing left, then, is to turn this personal discovery into your spontaneity - of body and mind; and the instant total physical wellness turns into the lasting total physical wellness for life! |
