Odds against my claim of there being a single root of all the ills - biological ills including eyesight problems of the error of refraction, mental ills and the social ills as well as the basic ill of the mediocrity of performance; and it being possible to instantaneously undo the same - are too many! Our culture is a culture of believers. Majority believes authority. Authority says otherwise.

Like Aristotle said that a 10 kg piece of iron would hit the ground 10 times earlier than a 1 kg piece of iron if both were simultaneously dropped together from any height above the ground. People believed it as an irrefutable scientific fact of physics. Galileo disagreed and demonstrated his assertion, that both would hit the ground simultaneously, in front of a big crowd of people proverbially dropping them from the leaning tower of Pisa. It was proved to be a fact in the very front of their eyes but people would not accept! They still accepted Aristotle because Aristotle was the authority. Galileo was not. They charged Galileo of doing the black magic. It took him a long time to get his assertion - a clear scientific fact - accepted and approved by the scientific community. Odds against me are even greater because vision is a phenomenon that is much subtler than the dropping down of two iron pieces and their hitting the ground.

People will charge me of quackery. They will look for my credentials. I am not from the field of medicine. I am an outsider. What right, or in other words authority, do I have to claim an instant cure of the vision problems of the error of refraction when the classical German ophthalmology has given a verdict that they are incurable?! In other words I am meaning to claim that they are not problems at all but only the long drawn habits of body posture and face expression. You change it and the problems are gone!

I say so because I have 'seen' it, and seen it beyond doubt. I have done it to myself and done it to many others. They testify my discovery. I call it a discovery because it is instant and not a long drawn series of eye exercises or other exercise regimen offered by many other vision care specialists who are there in spate these days, and who also come from outside the field of medicine. They give ophthalmologists (the authority today) an opportunity to criticise, reject and ridicule any such attempt whether scientific or just a fancy.

People, on the lines of ophthalmologists, will also sometimes jokingly ask why the discoverer has not yet got a Nobel prize for it. Yes, I say, it is a discovery worth getting a Nobel prize (although that's not a big deal!) but the way to reach that consideration passes through testing the same on a minimum critical mass of people only and it takes time. It is not physics, it is biology. Even a new fact of physics (against all odds!) does not establish itself overnight.

I have my patience intact and am going on doing my work and delivering results. The fact, whether to get registered in a minimum critical mass of people's minds or in the pages of ophthalmology, will take its due course of time and I am looking forward to that day when it so happens.
