Focus as Performance Enhancer

Performance, whether it is corporate, in sports, academic, relationship, sex or personal performance in any field of life, is sure affected by the method of focus simply because it is a method of summoning up energy with joy in a biological way, i.e., through opening the third eye chakra and the crown chakra. As a result of this, one is always ready as well as relaxed to his /her fullest. Ready means the muscles of the body have not been lying unnecessarily contracted or stretched for long, hence fatigued; and are agile enough to immediately jump into action whatsoever that action is. Relaxed means the muscles are not unnecessarily contracted or stretched at the moment and are flexible enough to contract to their fullest according to whatever the need of the hour is.

It all starts with one single muscle in our body that the mankind awfully keeps tightened throughout life and the irony is that we don't ever come to realize how clumsily we have kept doing it since our childhoods. It all becomes so unconscious an affair! This tightening has its connotations. It has its associated muscle systems throughout the body that tend to follow the same contraction in keeping themselves contracted or stretched unnecessarily making itself an unconscious maneuver throughout life. With the passage of time these contractions assume an independently habitual tendency as well as a status of there own. The body always keeps working and as a result always feeling tired but in a very passive way. It goes devoid of energy. It neither feels it is ready nor does it ever feel it is relaxed. It goes lifeless. Performance goes mediocre. Of course sometimes in emergencies it does happen that the body automatically relaxes itself momentarily out of the need of the emergency and gets fully ready; and at such moments it does perform near-impossible tasks which - as to how they were performed - is immediately forgotten by the conscious mind or the habitual body-system of the muscles and the person concerned can't even recall that he/she really did so and if yes, how!

Once you come out of the clutches of this habitual, unconscious and as a result unintelligent maneuver of the associated muscle systems of the body, you will never be willing to fall prey to it again! Why should we?
